I’ve been seriously considering going vegan for a while now and I’m trying to do it slowly. So, I came up with a list of non vegan foods that might be the hardest to give up. Top of the list: YOGURT. I have a pretty much a sour tooth, so I just love the lovely tang of plain yogurt. Well the thoughts of giving up yogurt led to a major craving on Sunday and I just had to have some!!! Well, baby steps, baby steps.
I did try soygurt just last week when it went on sale. And within the first taste I had to recheck the expiry dates again. Gosh! It tasted like cardboard, no joke! I completely FAILED to finish it I felt so bad for having to dump the container. Plus, it was SWEET! Blerghh such a disappointment.
On a more positive note, I discovered by accident that there’s a soygurt workshop happening this Saturday! I tried to register for it but I haven’t heard from them yet. I hope this doesn’t disappoint!
I wanted to head over to the gym today but woke up feeling not so great, I think I’ll give it a miss. Gotta rest well for my trip next week! 10 days more! Gotta plan plan plan!

But for lunch today I made rice paper rolls wrapped up with carrots, cucumbers, mushrooms dipped in soy sauce. I’m so glad I managed to snag that last pack of rice paper wraps they’re just so fun to make and yummy to eat. And I finished up the last of the dark chocolate in the fridge. :D
